Our Story
In 2005, Jennifer Hill opened Aroma Kafe in a small corner of Manila with nothing more than her grandmother's biryani recipe, a second-hand oven, and an unshakeable belief that good food brings people together. What started as a neighborhood secret quickly became a city institution.
Today, nearly 20 years later, Aroma Kafe still bakes every cinnamon roll by hand, still uses the same spice blends from that first kitchen, and still believes that a café should feel like coming home.
